KinderJoy and Gameloft introduce Applaydu: An app that brings toys to life through augmented reality
Popular children's candy brand Kinder Joy has collaborated with French video game publisher Gameloft to develop a new mobile app called Applaydu. The app uses augmented reality to give life to Kinder Joy toys and create an environment of creative learning for children.
The app gives a free edutainment playing experience to children where they can creatively develop their cognitive skills through various activities, mini-games, and interactive stories under parental supervision.
Learning made fun through Applaydu
The game is developed with several safety measures in mind. Parents can safely let their children enjoy the interactive content that Applaydu has to offer. The app uses guidelines provided by Oxford University’s Department of Education (London) and introduces games that include various concepts of mathematics, motor skills, reading and writing, and memory giving the child an optimum learning experience.
Additionally, the app does not contain any ads and comes with parental control features and adaptive difficulty as per the age of the child. You can simply scan the barcode that is available on a leaflet that comes with the Kinder Joy toy product to give it life through augmented reality.

Through various activities like puzzle solving, virtual arts and crafts, the app aims at making learning fun and creative for the children.
