Indian PUBG Mobile pro Harpreet Singh 'Ronak' Janjuha joins Oxygen Esports
Indian PUBG Mobile pro Harpreet Singh “Ronak” Janjuha announced on his official Instagram handle that he has joined the American esports organization Oxygen Esports. Ronak has previously been a part Team Soul and Team Fnatic as well where he and his team won a couple of tournaments.
PUBG Mobile is set to make a comeback in India very soon which means that we will see tournaments with large prize pools being organized. Large and small organizations alike might already be holding try-outs to form their PUBG Mobile rosters that can compete at these events on the highest level.
Making a comeback
Oxygen Esports is an American organization which is based in New-England. They have teams that compete in popular esports titles like Rainbow 6 Siege, Rocket League, Valorant, Fortnite, Hearthstone, MTG: Arena, and Heroes of the Storm.
They are debuting in PUBG Mobile and although we only know about Ronaks inclusion in the squad, looking at the talent in India, Oxygen Esports might make a complete Indian roster for the battle royale game. Ronak has some notable achievements under his belt like winning the PMCO India 2019 championship, PMIS 2019 championship under Team Soul and PMAS India 2019 championship under Team Fnatic. Ronak will be hoping to replicate the same success under the Oxygen Esports' banner.
Oxygen Esports is another foreign organization that has looked towards India to make an esports team. Noble Esports is one of the big names that have Indian teams for three esports titles- League of Legends: Wild Rift, Valorant, and PUBG Mobile as well. Last month, Team Vitality also entered the Indian esports scene but they have not announced any roster yet.
