Registrations open for Playtonia Esports' new Valorant Warfare Tournament

There are few games that have managed to enthrall the Indian Gaming Community like Valorant has. The Valorant scene is booming in India and organizers are doing their part by coming up with various tournaments to elevate the scene even further.

Playtonia Esports, an organization that works towards uniting gamers, have organized the Valorant Warfare tournament with a huge prize pool of ₹1,00,000.

A platform for budding pros to showcase their skill

The Valorant Warfare Tournament organized by Playtonia Esports will be a 5v5 online tournament. Interested gamers from India, Sri Lanka, Nepal, Bhutan, Bangladesh, and Maldives can register for the tournament.

The tournament will take place in three phases- Qualifier Phase, Playoff Phase, and the Finale Event Phase. The prize pool for each stage and the tournament structure can be further broken down.

ONLINE QUALIFIERS PHASE-

Qualifier Phase will be a single-elimination format. 256 teams have registered for the tournament. The total pool of 256 teams shall be divided into 4 groups each consisting of 64 teams. The Qualifying Stage for each group shall be played out over the duration of one week, accounting for a total of 4 weeks.

₹ 40,000 has been set aside from the total prizepool of ₹ 1,00,000 which has been further divided into 4 prizepools of ₹ 10,000 which will be shared among the top 3 teams of each group.

The winning team from each group will advance to the Playoff Phase.

PLAYOFF PHASE-

2 semi-finals will be played among the 4 teams which have qualified for the playoff stage. The winners of the semi-finals will advance ahead and face off against each other in the Grand Finale.

FINALE EVENT PHASE

The top 2 teams who have fought their way through to the finals will ultimately compete against each other to determine the winner. The prizepool for Grand Finale is ₹ 50,000.

The last remaining ₹ 10,000 have been set aside for Individual talents ( Fan favourite team, Fan favourite player, MVP of the finals) based on their performance in the Tournament.

Giveaways worth ₹ 25,000

While The Valorant Warface Tournament boasts such massive prizepool, there will also be giveaways worth ₹ 25,000.
