Reckoning Esports sets foot in competitive Valorant with new roster

The competitive Valorant scene in India is touching new heights daily, and even more so since the PUBG Mobile ban as more and more players are finding their footing in Riots tactical first-person shooter. The bar is set high by Velocity Gaming and Global Esports who have dominated other teams in tournaments and are currently placed 2nd and 9th respectively in the Asia-Pacific region.

To challenge them, Reckoning Esports have set foot in Valorant with their new roster full of young talents. Branded under Yuvin Esports Pvt. Ltd., Reckoning Esports is one of India's top esports organizations with a rich legacy. They have left their mark in CS:GO, DOTA2, PUBG Mobile, COD Mobile and now they have their eyes set on Valorant.

Reckoning Esports is a team to watch out for

Reckoning Esports has introduced us to the following young, dynamic talents who will rise through the ranks in the competitive Valorant scene.

Atharv “Rio” Ahire

Holding the prestigious position of the In-game leader, Atharv aka Rio is 19 year old player from Nasik, Maharashtra who specializes in the role of Initiator and loves to play as agent “Sova”.

Ayan “AyaNq” Bhattacharya

Ayan aka ‘AyaNq’ is a 19 year old Awper from Kolkata and perhaps, one of the best in the country. He plays the role of Duelist for the team with the agent “Jett”.

Karan “BRZ” Chabra

Karan aka ‘BRZ’ is a 22 year old player living in Kolkata and perhaps the most experienced in the team. BRZ is the sentinel lurker and plays with the agent “Cypher”.

Shantanu “TeFLoNMiKE” Sinnarkar

20 year old from Pune, Shantanu aka ‘TeFLoNMiKE’ is the Controller Support for the team. He brings substantial skills to the squad playing as “Omen/Brimstone”.

Satya “Razzor” Roy

Hailing from Bhubaneshwar, 21 year old Satya aka ‘Razzor’ plays as a duelist entry fragger in the team and is one of the best “Raze” in the country.

Sharang Naicker, Founder & MD of Yuvin Esports has placed a lot of faith in this new venture and correctly so. Being an ex-pro gamer himself, he understands the esports ecosystem well and knows what it takes to build a Tier1 competitive team.

He says, “Valorant as an esports title and Riot as a game publisher expanding to South Asia has made everyone excited and for the right reasons.
