The tournament features a prize pool of ₹ 3.5 lakhs for titles of Free Fire and Clash of Clans

NODWIN Gaming, South-Asia's leading esports organization today announced the Northeast Summit 2020 tournament for titles of Clash of Clans and Free Fire.

The Northeast Esports Summit marks the next milestone for the Airtel India Esports Tour. The tournament boasts a massive prize pool of ₹ 3.5 lakhs. The registrations will be open from 14 October 2020 - 26 October 2020 and the first qualifier will begin on 28 October 2020.

A grand stage for gamers from Northeast India

There has been an influx of talented players from the Northeast region of India and they are eager to prove themselves. Through this tournament, NODWIN Gaming has provided them with a grand stage to showcase their skill and the potential they hold within.

Note that the tournament is restricted to the residents of the North-Eastern states.

The tournament will be played in two phases

The tournament will be played in two phases- The Online Qualifier phase and the Grand Finals phase. Both the games will have 4 online qualifiers each. The top teams from each qualifier will advance to the Grand Finals which will be held on 5th & 6th December.

Clash of Clans

For Clash of Clans, a total of 4 qualifiers will be played for each game with a single-elimination best-of-1 format. Each qualifier will have 128 slots. Top 4 teams from each qualifier will advance to the Grand Final phase where 2 semi-finals will be played in a best-of-1 format. Two winners will move forward to compete in the Grand Final which will be a best-of-3 format.

Free Fire

4 qualifiers will be played for each game. Each qualifier will have 400 slots giving us a total of 1600 slots. 3 teams from each qualifier i.e, 12 teams will advance to the Grand Final phase. Grand Final matches will be best-of-12 played over 2 days.
