Loco and Activision announce Call of Duty Mobile tournament in India with massive prize-pool
Popular Indian esports and game streaming platform Loco has partnered with Activision Blizzard to host the Call of Duty Mobile India Cup which is being called India's biggest Call of Duty Mobile tournament with a massive prize pool of Rs. 35,00,000.
Call of Duty Mobile India Cup will feature two tournaments- Call of Duty Mobile India Cup Open and Call of Duty Mobile India Cup Pro. Registrations have already begun for the Call of Duty Mobile India Cup Open which will take place from January 2 – January 24. Teams from across the country can sign up to compete against each other in 5 vs. 5 matches in an open qualifier format.
The biggest CODM tournament
The Call of Duty Mobile India Cup Open will have a total prize pool of Rs. 10,00,000 out of which Rs. 5,00,000 will be awarded to the winner. Remaining Rs. 5,00,000 will be split amongst teams in 2nd to 8th positions.
Top 16 teams from the open qualifier battles will advance to the Call of Duty Mobile India Cup Pro to play 5v5 matches in a league format. These 16 teams will be joined by four of India’s top professional Call of Duty Mobile teams including Team IND and Team Mayhem.
Call of Duty Mobile India Cup Pro features a total prize pool of Rs. 25,00,000 out of which the winner will get the biggest share of Rs. 10,00,000. Second and third place winners will take home Rs. 5,00,000 and Rs. 3,00,000 respectively and the remaining amount will be shared amongst the teams between 4th and 8th positions.
