Developed by 111 Dots Studio and published by Garena, Free Fire was first released in September 2017 for Android and iOS. Since then it has witnessed tremendous growth in terms of player-base and viewer count across YouTube, Twitch, and Facebook. In 2020 alone, Free Fire saw a 162% rise in viewership.

Free Fire MAX features

Other than assortment of weapons and high-octane combat like Free Fire, Free Fire MAX will have some new features, and better graphics.

Free Fire Max will have a Firelink Feature where you can log into Free Fire Max using your original Free Fire account. All the progress and items will be carried across to Free Fire Max and you play all game modes with both Free Fire and Free Fire Max players together.

Better Graphics

Free Fire MAX will boast Ultra HD resolutions, breathtaking effects, and realistic animations which will give players a completely new immersive gaming experience.

Last man standing

50 players will parachute on an island or desert, searching for weapons, trying to survive. Players will have 10 minutes to to take down all other players and be the last man standing.

You can also create squads of up to 4 players and establish communication with your squad right from the start.
