Spider Man Remastered might soon get a standalone listing on Playstation store

Earlier this year, with the launch of Spider-Man Miles Morales, Insomniac games also released Spider-Man Remastered. Spider-Man Remastered is the remake of the original 2018 game specifically for the PS5. As of now, buying this version of the game is quite hard, as the only way to obtain it is to purchase Spider-Man: Miles Morales Ultimate Edition, which will give you access to the remaster as well as Spider-Man: Miles Morales.

Now, to make it easier to acquire the game for your console, the game will soon be listed on the Playstation marketplace as a standalone listing. As of now, it is not confirmed, but this is certainly a good way for gamers to get only the game that they want.

What's to like about the remastered version?

Spider-Man 2018's remastered version brings about a slew of changes to the game which help it take advantage of all the hardware features of the PS5. For starters, the remastered version of the game comes with not just two, but three different modes- the fidelity mode which gives incredible details and ray tracing, the performance mode, which lets you zoom around New York city in 60 FPS and a performance RT mode which brings the best of both worlds.

Apart from that, the remastered version of the game comes with a new face and voice for Peter Parker. The Remastered edition of the game is built with the PS5 in mind and it is no surprise that it comes bundled with one of the best launch titles for the console.

Now that the game will be individually listed on the Playstation store, you can expect to buy it as a standalone game, if you haven't played the 2018 game.
