New PS5 games will be announced very soon, says Sony CEO

As we have stated in the past, 2020 is an amazing time to be a gamer. Perhaps the most anticipated launch of the year is not a game, rather a game console. This console is none other than the Sony PS5 and fans like us are eagerly waiting for it to hit the markets.

While some information regarding the PS5 has been officially given out by Sony, the CEO of the company, Kenichiro Yoshida, has now stated that PS5 games will be announced very soon. In addition to that, he also stated that these new games should be running on the PS5 as they are announced.

Expect an early June announcement

These games are expected to be announced by early June, which is next month, as there are reports of Sony hosting a State of Play event in June. As far as PS5 live gaming is concerned, Sony wants to limit the “Disclaimer: This game is running on a PC environment and will be optimized for the PS5”.

Sony is eager to show what they have come up with and what their take on the next generation of gaming looks like. We have already got most of the technical specifications of the gaming console from a past even that Sony organized.

Sony pushes the boundaries with PS5

As per their corporate strategy report, ” we want to give players higher speed, enhanced sensory perceptions generated by its revolutionary controller, and sound delivered in 3D audio which will combine to realize truly next generation console game experiences unlike anything before.”
