'Ghostrunner'- a cyberpunk themed action first person game releases on October 27

While the world waits for Cyberpunk 2077, another cyberpunk style game gets a release date. 'Ghostrunner' is one of the most anticipated game of 2020. It was announced during Gamescom 2019.

Recently, a trailer was rolled out confirming the release date for this singleplayer, hack and slash, FPS action game.

Parkour to prevail!

Developed by One More Level, 3D Realms, Slipgate Ironworks, 'Ghostrunner' is a first person, combat heavy game. The game is set in a post apocalyptic dystopia where the player is required to climb up Dharma Tower where the last surviving humans are sheltered.

While resources run scare and no one can be trusted, you are humanity's last hope. Climb up the tower, confront 'Mara the Keymaster' and take your revenge.

Your path is blocked by several enemies including a charge rifle-wielding enemy who shoots a volley of energy shots that you must dodge quickly before moving in for the strike.

Larger enemies like the Enforcers are equipped with a red shield. The player is required to flank them from behind in order to take them down. They will send you flying to your death if you attempt to attack them head on. Sluggers can get close to you by jumping high into the air an and slamming down with a large area-of-effect attack.

But with your superhuman reflexes, acrobatic skills and a monomolecular katana at your disposal you can easily prevail over your enemies.
