From the previous two episodes of the Night City Wire series, we have learned about the Districts, History, and Gangs of the Night City and the futuristic rides of Cyberpunk 2077. All about Night City Wire episode 5
A look at Johnny Silverhand
Process of bringing Johnny Silverhand to life was certainly not easy for Keanu but his experience with doing voice-overs in different cartoons, documentaries, and motion-capture in The Matrix certainly made things a little bit easier going forward. In the behind-the-scenes footage, Keanu says that playing Johnny Silverhand, a character with a rockstar like personality, an incredible passion for life, and the hunger to change the world was a completely new experience for him.
Boris Pugacz-Muraszkiewicz, English Adaptation Director at CDPR says the Johnny Silverhand like a 'co-protagonist' in Cyberpunk 2077 who has his own agendas. Players will find the main character 'V' and Johnny working in tandem to fulfill their goals.
Music and Soundtrack in Cyberpunk 2077
The episode then talks about the music you will get to hear in Cyberpunk 2077. The composers have certainly done a fine job to come up with music that matches the aesthetic of the game and helps the players connect emotionally to Cyberpunk 2077. Throughout the game, you will hear some of the sickest songs in the background and on the radio as well. The game features upbeat, hard-hitting music as well as some soft, ambient sounds.
JALI technology, goodies, and more
Towards the end, we get to witness the JALI technology at work. A lot of credit goes to JALI for making the characters in Cyberpunk 2077 talk the way they do in all the different languages that are available in the game. CDPR will also be giving away lots of digital goodies and rewards for fans who have patiently waited for the game. Some items are exclusive to anyone who buys the game from GOG, and some are available for everyone regardless where you purchase Cyberpunk 2077 from.
Cyberpunk 2077 releases next month on December 10 on Microsoft Windows, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Stadia, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X/S. The game has already been delayed thrice and fans will hope that the December 10 date will not be pushed forward.
