PC Players will have to wait 5 days to preload the game
If you want to gear yourself up for launch day, you can go ahead a preload the game on to your system, which will give you a tease of the full game, along with reduced load and install times on your consoles.
The catch here is that PC players will get the preload on November 10, along with the Xbox Series consoles. On the PS4 and Xbox One, the game will be up for preload starting November 05, 2020. On the PS5, the game will be available for preload from November 12, 2020.
As of now, there is no word on why PC players will have to wait 5 days longer, but seeing as how Call of Duty has been a console oriented game, it makes sense.
Call of Duty Black Ops Cold War size on PC, PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X and Xbox Series S
On the subject of preloads and install sizes of the game, it has also been confirmed that Call of Duty Black Ops Cold War is 95 GB on a PS4, 93 GB on an Xbox One and 136GB on the PS5 and Xbox Series X and S.
