Battlefield V: Definitive Edition lets you experience World War II in a whole new way
Battlefield V is a popular first-person shooter game developed by EA DICE and published by Electronic Arts. It is the sixteenth game in the Battlefield series and was first released on November 20, 2018, for Microsoft Windows, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One in singleplayer and multiplayer modes.
The Definitive Edition of Battlefield 5 was released yesterday October 22, 2020 by EA featuring all-new content and is available for purchase digitally. Let's take a look at what the new content includes.
Experience World War II in a whole new way
Battlefield V Definitive Edition offers new scenarios of conflict on land, air, and sea which will allow players to experience World War II from a newer perspective. Various weapon skins, cosmetics, and vehicle skins are also included in the Definitive Edition package.
According to the release notes, here's what is included in the Definitive Edition-
Definitive Edition includes gameplay content from the base game, Year 1, and Year 2 which includes weapons, vehicles, gadgets, and all the Elite Classes of Battlefield 5 each with their signature looks, personas, and weapons.
You can use your creativity to enhance your experience even further with 84 different, immersive camo outfits such as The Sandman and The Aristocrat for the British and German armies, and 8 soldier outfits from Year 2 which Includes the Offizier and Tommy outfits.
2 weapon skins from Year 2 are also added in the Definitive Edition. The Pacific Palm skin can be applied to 10 weapons whereas the Snake Bite skin can be applied to 4 weapons.
3 vehicle skins are included to customize your vehicles like the US Sherman Flagship Flag and German Panzer IV.
The Definitive Edition also includes 33 Chapter Reward items from Year 1 which include the Napalm Weapon Set and Baron von Zorn German outfit.
One thing to note is that with the release of Definitive Edition, Year 2 edition will no longer be available for purchase.
