CES 2021: Acer introduces three new gaming monitors with high refresh rates and HDMI 2.1

Acer is one of the largest suppliers of advanced, hi-tech computer hardware in the world. They also specialize in making top tier gaming PC's and gaming laptops which they sell under their Predator brand. In an already wide range of monitors with different specifications, Acer yesterday launched three more high refresh rate monitors in their Predator and Nitro series.

Acer introduces three new gaming monitors-

The new Predator and Acer Nitro monitors are available in a variety of designs and sizes to support just about anyone in the market for a gaming monitor.”

Let's take a look at these three new monitors that Acer has introduced-

Predator XB273U NX

The Predator XB273U NX is a 27-inch monitor with a Wide Quad HD (WQHD) 2560 x 1440 panel. This HDR-capable monitor covers 95% of the DCI-P3 spectrum displaying vibrant colors and deeper blacks. Acer’s Agile-Splendor IPS technology further enhances the display to deliver crystal clear images even at wide viewing angles. This monitor offers a 0.5ms response time and an overclocked refresh rate of 275 Hz.

The Predator XB273U NX monitor will be available in North America in May starting at $1,099.99, in EMEA in May starting at EUR 1,179.00, and in China in March, starting at RMB 7,999.

Predator XB323QK NV

The new Predator XB323QK NV is a 31.5-inch NVIDIA G-SYNC Compatible UHD (3840 x 2160) gaming monitor. This monitor offers a refresh rate of 144 Hz and is capable of covering 90% of the DCI-P3 color spectrum to display rich, vibrant colors. Like the previous monitor, this one also comes with Acer’s Agile Splendor IPS and a VESA DisplayHDR 400 certification.

The Predator XB323QK NV monitor will be available in North America in May starting at $1,199.99, in EMEA in May starting at EUR 1,199.00, and in China in March, starting at RMB 8,999.

Both Predator XB273U NX and Predator XB323QK NV come with Acer VisionCare 4.0 technology. It is a suite of different technologies like LightSense, AdaptiveLight, ColorSense, and ProxiSense to protect users’ eyes from long usage.

Acer Nitro XV282K KV

The Nitro XV282K KV monitor has a refresh rate of 144 Hz and a 1ms response time. With 4K UHD (3840 x 2160) IPS panel display, it covers 90% of DCI-P3 color spectrum. This monitor also comes with HDMI 2.1 and a cable for hassle-free connection of the latest gaming consoles at 4K UHD 120 Hz with VRR (Variable Refresh Rate). This monitor has TÜV Rheinland Eyesafe certification and Acer VisionCare 3.0 technologies which include LightSense, ColorSense, ProxiSense, and BluelightShield Pro to reduce strain on the eyes.

The Nitro XV282K KV monitor will be available in North America in May starting at $899.99, in EMEA in May starting at EUR 949.00, and in China in February, starting at RMB 6,999.
